Edwardo from the restaurant was extremely helpful and polite and spoke English very well. Most of the staff barely spoke English and getting information was somewhat challenging.

Good: Amazing hotel with amazing facilities and staff. Breakfast was incredible. Views from rooms are great. Exceptional value for money, maybe the cheapest 5 star hotel you could ever stay in.
